Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. The trial is 14 days with no card. If you add a card during the trial, it runs 21 days from the day you signed up.

What happens when the trial ends?
If there is a card on file, billing starts at $49 a month plus any extra seats and applicable tax. If there is not, the account becomes read-only: you can still sign in, see everything and export, and adding a card reopens it.
Can I take my data with me if I leave?
Yes, and you do not have to ask. An owner can download every customer, pool, visit, reading and chemical dose as plain spreadsheets from the Billing page at any time, and for 30 days after cancelling.
